Issues: Science Health and Health Care
I was recently contacted by researchamerica.org for a statement about public funding on medical research. Here is what I told them:
"Medical research is vital to innovation and advancement. Public funding has political implications that limit the size and scope of all research, this is why medical research is best done through private sector donations. I look forward to seeing a vibrant, privately-funded community of researchers create solutions that are not limited by the red tape of bureaucrats."
